Pilanesberg National Park is the 4th largest game reserve in South Africa and home to the Big Five. Our Safari Tours are an effective way for international tourists and businessman that do not have much time to experience the Pilanesberg National Park on a day safari with the “GURU”. Pilanesberg National Park is within 2.2 hours drive from Johannesburg which allows for flexibility while on sightings and giving our clients the opportunity to grab those fantastic photographic opportunities.

Our privately guided day safaris to Pilanesberg National Park are fully inclusive of the following:

Daily Departures:
Winter: (May – August) Departs – Johannesburg 04h30am and Returning 15h30pm

Summer: (September – April) Departs – Johannesburg 04h00/04h30 returning at 15h30pm

Pilanesberg Day Safari Rates:

2-4 Guests going on Safari: R2, 450.00
5-8 Guests going on Safari: R2, 050.00
Private Safari for 2-4 guests: R2, 950.00
Private Safari for 5-8 guest: R2, 250.00

The day safari experience is structured to allow you more time exploring the park in search of wildlife, birds and taking those magical photographic opportunities with your own personal guide. The game drive can be conducted in the same comfy 4 x 4/Minibus air-conditioned vehicle used for the road transfer or an Open Game Viewer traversing for 6 hours. Brunch is usually around 11h00 at one of the rest sites which looks over a beautiful picturesque pan/similar with the rolling mountains in the background before continuing on our game drive in the park. We will then take a slow drive back towards one of the exit gates still in search of wildlife, departing the Pilanesberg at around 13:30 returning to Johannesburg by 15h30 – just in time for dinner or your connecting flight.

INCLUDED: Collect/drop-off road transfer service at one point in a comfy air-conditioned 4 x 4 SUV or 10/13 Seater Minibus or Open GameViewer, Registered Field Guide - We are passionate in what we do and therefore your experience along with our knowledge will make a difference, Conservation & Park Entrance Fee, Limited refreshments (cold mineral still or sparkling water and a selection of popular soft drinks), Lunch (Saucy Burger or choice of breakfast), 6 hour game drive in a closed air-conditioned 4 x 4 SUV with a high view point the same vehicle that you will travel to and from Pilanesberg, Exclusive game viewing and unlimited time at game viewing sights, Along our structured game drive we will stop off at a couple of hide-out to see if we can get any wildlife down at the waterholes and to also stretch the legs
