Our Cooking Class & Market Tour is taught by Judith Olney, author of 7 cookbooks and former Washington Times restaurant critic. You'll begin your day exploring a local market and learning how to shop like a chef. Then it's on to Judith's beautiful historic home for a hands-on cooking class with lunch. The markets we visit vary, so please see our website for the schedule. Often we'll tour our award-winning West Palm Beach Greenmarket, and if you'd like to brush up on your ethnic cooking skills, consider one of our classes where we visit an Oriental Market, an Italian Market or a Mediterranean market.
